MEng Design Engineering at Imperial. I take products from interviews and sketches through CAD and simulation to a working prototype, and I like proving each decision with a number.

Off the drawing board
I'm looking for a 6-month industry placement from March to September 2027, ideally in aerospace, electrification or motorsport.
Alongside the degree I'm a mechanic on Imperial's Shell Eco-marathon team, which placed 1st in the UK and 2nd in EMEA, and I'm on a UROP research placement. I co-founded FemAI, a B2B healthtech startup, and sit on the STEM Muslims general committee.
I love aircraft: the engineering, the sound, even the smell of jet fuel. One day I'd like to earn a PPL. Away from the desk I climb, shoot archery (I won a local competition) and race karts, where I've dug into lap-time data to find where the seconds go.
